How are calcium silicate boards processed correctly?

Only install the panels on a flat, mold-free, dust-free and dry wall. In case of mold infestation, pre-treatment with our Mold-EX is advisable. A highly absorbent wall can be primed at your own discretion. The calcium silicate boards are pressed onto the wall prepared with adhesive and butted against each other at the joints. The resulting butt joints can be filled and sanded on the front after the panels have been fitted. You are then free to continue working on the panel substrate. Use fine filler to create a smooth surface that you can paint with silicate paint.

Detailed instructions can be found under Processing on our website.
