- If you have chosen to pay in advance, you will receive an email with our bank details. Please use your order number as the reason for payment.
- As soon as we have received your invoice amount, your order will be processed by the warehouse, packed and prepared for dispatch.
- For payment methods with immediate payment (or purchase on account), the order will be processed, packed and prepared for shipment in our warehouse immediately during our business hours.
- As a rule, we ship your goods on pallets by a forwarding agent. They will send you an e-mail to your specified e-mail address for the purpose of notification. Delivery is free kerbside. Please note that if you do not arrive on the agreed delivery date, additional costs will be incurred which must be passed on to you.
