Roller shutter belt guide without removing the belt guide
Our roller shutter belt guide with triple brush seal is ideal in combination with calcium silicate panels. The self-adhesive sealing frame ensures excellent insulation. Installation is child's play as it is not necessary to remove the belt guide.
Assembly instructions
- Prepare the mounting surface so that it is stable and clean
- Carefully glue the sealing frame onto the belt guide
- Cut the sealing frame at the point where the belt is to be threaded in (see enclosed installation instructions)
- Guide the strap through the recess
- Mark the place where the belt guide is to be attached
- Now remove the second protective film from the sealing frame and stick it onto the marked area
- Now screw the belt guide tight
- In the last step, press the brush guide and the cover frame onto the belt guide
