Moisture regulating
Die vorgrundierte 30 mm Kalziumsilikatplatte weist eine hohe Kapillarwirkung auf. Das bedeutet, dass Feuchtigkeit schnell von der kalten Seite der Wand zur warmen Seite transportiert werden kann. Dort verdunstet sie in den Raum. Nimmt die 30 mm Klimaplatte überschüssige Feuchtigkeit aus der Raumluft auf, wird diese leicht und schnell wieder an die warme Plattenoberfläche transportiert. Die Feuchtigkeit wird zwischengespeichert und wieder abgegeben. Kalziumsilikatplatten wirken feuchteregulierend.
Prevents mold
The extra-solid silicate boards are very mold-inhibiting by nature. The high pH value of the calcium silicate boards and the lack of a breeding ground remove the basis for mold. The formation of mold is effectively prevented. The panels prevent mold and provide security in problem areas and on cold wall surfaces.
Saves heating costs
Compared to a normal, uninsulated brick wall, you reduce energy consumption and therefore not only save on heating costs, but also increase comfort. The panel is a good insulating panel and the wall is significantly warmer - save heating costs and prevent mold with one product.
Protects against fire
Boards are classified in the highest class A1 according to the EU building material classification for the assessment of reaction to fire (EN 13 501). This means that the board is classified as a non-combustible material.
Screw-proof
Our premium calcium silicate panel is lightweight, but very stable and even screw-proof. You can therefore screw screws directly into the panel for fastening. We recommend the use of dowels (including pre-drilling) for higher loads on the calcium silicate panel of over 2 kg.
