Moisture regulating
The extra-solid 25 mm calcium silicate panel, which is primed at the factory, is characterized by its high capillary effect, which means that moisture is quickly transported from the cold to the warm side of the wall or ceiling and can then evaporate. If there is excess moisture in the room air, the climate panel absorbs it and quickly releases it back to the warm panel surface. In this way, moisture is temporarily stored and continuously regulated. Calcium silicate boards therefore have an effective moisture-regulating effect, which is often one of the main causes of mold.
Mold prevention / anti-mold effect
The particularly solid silicate boards are very mold-resistant by nature. Their high pH value and the absence of breeding grounds deprive molds of their basis for life. This effectively prevents the formation of mold. These panels offer reliable protection against mold, especially in problematic and cold wall areas.
Saves heating costs & improves the indoor climate
Compared to conventional, uninsulated brick walls, energy consumption is significantly reduced. This not only reduces heating costs, but also increases the sense of well-being in the room. Thanks to the excellent insulating properties, the wall remains significantly warmer, which saves heating costs and prevents mold growth.
Non-combustible building material (A1 certified)
According to the EU building material classification (EN 13 501), the climate boards are classified in the highest class A1, i.e. they are considered non-combustible and, in addition to interior insulation and mold remediation, are also used as exterior insulation in the high-temperature range.
Extra-firm / screw-firm
Our premium calcium silicate panel is lightweight, smooth and sharp-edged and also very stable and screw-resistant. Screws can be screwed directly into the panel. For loads of more than 2 kg, we recommend the use of dowels.
